Playing around with a hit and run build on the new killer, the dredge. This killer utilizes these perks extremely well, and in my opinion miles better than the rest of the killer cast currently does.

  1. This is the first killer that I'm still hyped to play this late after release, he can get dicked on, but he feels really good, especially compared to someone like Myers or trickster

  2. I have proof, @OhTofu, that I successfully 4k'd on Pale Rose/Grim Pantry on Backwater Swamp with the Dredge while only having Darkness Revealed equipped. 1st game ever! btw

  3. I thought I kinda knew what I was doing in this game, but I now realize I'm thankful we have dedicated people who play enough and learn all the aspects to help my own game get better, will definitely try this setup sometime soon!

  4. Yeah this is how I've started playing him. You don't need to commit to chases because you can just be anywhere you want. I run corrupt to slow the early game down, survivors will typically just start running around and locking lockers, so you can go around and get rid of all of them so now they have nothing to stop you from absolutely dominating with your disgusting map presence.

  5. sigh It always makes me feel lame when streamers/YT people say "alright boys" at the start or end. I'm aware it's mostly men who play video games but it just reminds me I'm seen as an outsider a lot a a woman gamer.

  6. Isn't the microphone a bit dysfunctional? The best use case of aura reading with dredge is seeing someone, then teleporting to a locker close to them. With the microphone, you have to use your teleport completely in order to activate it, so you have to waddle your way to the revealed survivors like a normal m1 killer. Unless it's nightfall.

  7. A tip with the microphone add on is that when you teleport to a locker quickly look around at the other white aura lockers if the door flips open for a second that means theres a survivor near

  8. I’ve been using pentimento, haunted, devour, undying with lav mic & field recorder. It’s had some pretty interesting results although I’ll say it works best on midwich.

  9. One of his best add ons in my opinion is the brown one that lets you see which lockers are locked.
It's honestly amazing especially when you need to locate survivors quickly because you know straight away where to look by seeing the yellow lockers

  10. Hit and Run was my favorite phase of DBD. It was fun because instead of running a bunch of gen slow down perks, you could generate passive slow down through healing. It was also a time were healing was more of a decision survivors had to make, instead of "I've got 5 seconds I can heal up"

  11. When it comes to Dredge – I love him! My build revolves around aura reading- I use the microphone and the one that shows you survivors every time they close a lock. Also bbq and chilli and the one after gen done. Basically I see them all the time and it’s sick. I love it and how progressively lost they are 😈
