Eruption is good, but it isn't even that powerful. When it works it's good, but you have to smack every gen you want to be affected, and get a down, which in some cases are hard to get. Eruption will work on one gen, if you've only smacked that one gen. You have to go out of your way, which may lose you the game, if you want a ton of gens affected. There is counters to Eruption, especially if in a SWF, you can tell your friends when you're about to go down, etc. If you get caught with Eruption and the gen explodes in your face, it's likely cause you haven't been paying attention to what gen got affected with it. You can assume a gen has been hit with Eruption, cause it's meta. As it should be, cause it's a nice perk. Perks are to slow down the game, or help you out, not be a tiny inconvenience that is over with in seconds. It really seems like the devs don't want people to play Killer. But then again, a ton of people playing their game are survivor mains, so of course they'll get on their knees for them.
It’s always amazing how fast THE BLIGHT travels the card. Always fun to play.
