  1. The Pig is real MEAN. Seriously, that reverse bear trap is MESSED UP as a new player, you really need to be on your game to survive it… which is honestly just like the movies! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the Clown.

  2. I appreciate your restraint in not mentioning nerfing the pig or booping the snoot. Also I personally love using the Razor Wire and Intersecting Blades with Face The Darkness to force them to fail skill checks. add in huntress lullaby and undying and you have a build that forces survivors to panic with too many side tasks.

  4. Theres also a very neat trick to always know how many searches someone took to get off their headtrap and therefore know how many the others will take since the rng on her traps is fixed.

Basically how it works is you use a basic timer to count time (i use LiveSplit, very easy to set up) and stop it the moment they take off their hat. Assuming the survivor goes instantly for boxes then that means if they take up to 25s its always 1st search, up to 45s 2nd, up to 74s 3rd and up to 100s 4th. 4 searches is the max that game allows for. When you start the timer? When the survivor gets unhooked, if you notice they got healed just reset the timer or check the time and when the survivor takes off their trap just keep in mind the time youve got is bigger by the time they took to heal. 8s is we'll make it, 12s is botany, 16s basekit, 24s self heal etc. So for example if you didnt reset the timer but you know they healed in 16s, the moment they take off their trap the timer says 40s so youve got to subtract 16s cuz they didnt look for the key during that time and youve got 24s which means 1st search. Its honestly easier to reset but in the heat of the game its easy to forget so its good to have a plan B when that happens.

The rng on the searches works like this: its always 12 searches basekit +3 per trap adddon. The game keeps track of how many traps you have and how many searches you have in the search pool. Thats why the first trap has always the biggest rng, the pool is full and youve got all the traps. The chance is equal for every possible search scenario (1-4) meaning 25% but then the game adjusts the search pool. So if your first trap rolled 1 search that takes 1 from the pool, leaving 11 searches and 3 traps left to go. Meaning its impossible to roll 1 and 2 searches from now on because all the searches from the search pool have to be used between all of your traps and that is not possible without allowing 5 searches (which the game doesnt allow for like i said 4 is max). So if you have 4 traps at the start of the game and your first trap takes up to 25s (can be less, even below 15s in some cases) to get off that means the rest of your traps have a lot of value. It works the same way with trap addons just add 3 to the pool for each one. Meaning 18 searches for 6 traps and in this scenario if the first 2 traps had 1 search, the remaining 4 traps have maximum value of guaranteed 4 searches and that is massive if youre able to put them on.

The best addon for this is amanda's secret because it always gives you a loud noise when the trap is taken off meaning you wont miss the time you should stop the timer.
Jigsaw's sketch is also really good because knowing if survivor is on gen is crucial for our timing to be correct buuuut it messes up the trap rng. Having 5 traps is always worse than having 4 or 6, even worse than having 2. Because with 5 traps you can get your first 2 traps to do absolutely nothing and those are the most important traps in the trial because you might not have the time for the rest. With 6 traps you have guaranteed max value if that happens and with 5 you can still get 3 on the 3rd trap and that can be costly. The reason 2 traps are good is because its impossible to get 1st trap to require 1 search and that means the chance for 4 searches is higher because its 33% and not 25%. Its great because the 1st trap is the most important trap during the match and sadly it has the biggest chance to do nothing with usual 4 traps you spawn with.
Last great addon for this is rule set no. 2. With this you know for sure when to activate the timer and you will never miss it because its impossible to miss the popping gen anxiety and this with amanda's secret are my favourite addons while counting searches. You also dont need to worry about survivor doing anything else than searching for the key because their trap is active.

There are a lot of bad addons for this playstyle tho, namely the worst one is videotape. Keeping track of 1 survivor is hard enough and with videotape you have to track 4 at a time.
Then the bag and crate of gears mess up the timing on searches quite significantly when combined together.
Lastly interlocking razor. Most of the time it will do nothing and when it does it completely messes up the timing.
Razor wire sounds like its harmless but many people have a habit of letting go of interaction when they miss a skillcheck and that means another addon that messes up the timing. Also some survivor getting hit by the razor stop searching for the key completely and heal.
Honorable mention goes for jigsaw's annotated plan because its awful but it has its use with sketch. Its bad overall because with this addon you will never get a headpop unless you throw the game to get it or survivor just gives it to you but if you like gambling the 6 trap build is for you.

The neutral addons are all that buff the crouching aspect of the pig, her ambush and any status effect addons tho besides exhaustion theyre all bad regardless. Blindness is goated for slug builds but then again youre not counting the searches while playing like that so yeah

  5. I began as a Pig main and I currently am still a Pig main after a few main switches. I love the SAW franchise and I lowkey crush on Amanda so of course I would be a pig player.

I love using Whispers on her to take advantage of the fact that the radius of whispers is bigger than her terror radius, so it allows me to actually get surprise first hits rather consistently.

I love leaning into the meme of booping the snoot with her too. If one survivor does it, then that survivor I'll let escape. If more survivors do it, I'll either farm or dc because I can't bring myself to kill such precious souls.

Also, there is absolutely nothing more satisfying in the world like seeing that skull icon appear over a trapped survivor πŸ’―

  7. I will die for anything saw related, and if they ever do a "saw chapter part 2" Hoffman would be a lovely bouquet of flowers on top of the lovely Amanda young (now the only loose screw in the whole thing is just hangmans trick)

  8. floods of rage / jagged compass / hangman's trick has been my go-to "i kinda wanna fuck around" build since houndmaster dropped . stupid ass combo that lets you see people randomly throughout the match and you get to play a strategy game with your hook choices .

great video as always . i love your critter so much there's always so much dopamine when theyre on screen woof

  9. I am a P100 pig myself, and I have to say the Ambush dash is still overrated. Even after the buff, even if you use ambush addons, survs can avoid you easily by leaving the loop as soon as they hear the roar. It has it's places, like at short loops that are near walls, but most of the time it is better to just sneak up, and stand up out of your stealth mode.

My personal main build is Crate of Gears and Slow Release Toxin, with Hubris/Endurance/Spirit Fury and any regression perk. Being able to turn pallets into death traps while negating the main weakness of any M1 killer is great.
