Today we have two different builds and playstyles for doctor! First we have an explosive slug build with infectious to make survivors scream on down, batteries included for extra speed when around completed gens, save the best for last for better after hit cooldown, and surge to detonate gens around us whenever we done a survivor. Second game and build is all about lockdown with ultimate weapon which after opening a locked will make survivors scream in our terror radius, grim embrace to lock down gens after hooking a survivor and leaving the area, dead mans which locks gens down after hook if they stop working on a gen before the timer ends, and Scourge hook pain res to detonate the gen with the most progress the first time a survivor is hooked on a scourge hook!
