I find the build very strong but, i would switch either undying or pop for tinkerer. Its just so good on freddy

With this artist perk I don't see much more space for surge in builds anymore. The build I used to run on wraith barbecue (bloodpoints) + ruin + undying + surge was pretty solid ngl, but I thing changing surge for this perk might be better…
