Devs and ballance in this game just don't match.For example like you say we got some perks or all to use on limited time amd of course every one use 20% from this perks becose 80% is useless crap.And how we know this devs they will make this 20% of perks from killer more useless like this 80% perks who no one use.

Just… just do what splatoon 2 does, make offerings that give you a higher chance of types of perks in the bloodweb, like offering for stealth or offering for exhaustion
I started playing probably 4-5 months before the pandemic, and played it on and off throughout it. Last summer it was probably my most played game or destiny was. I got all the perks I wanted on my Laurie, but now I’m trying to p3 my Felix and get al the perks on him. I think that this idea would be such a great implication in the game, and would fit well. I also think that the mobile store could work better than this system right now.
What if the perk tier were tied to the prestige level? So you could only get Tier 3 Perks from a Prestige 3 bloodweb?
I just want tiers removed…
Yeah I mean the grind for this type of game is needed. Its ok to grind for perks or would be cool to grind for something else, but its just too much. For me who has almost everything I dont care, but for newer or super new players its just nuts. And their store with perks which are changing each week is laughable due to around 100 perks already ? MIght just buy killer or survivor or wait around half a year for that perk no thanks.. Would be great to remove tears and give some blood shop where you can trasmute or destroy addons or offerings which NO ONE EVER USE!! talking about around 90 % of all addons and offering which are just useless..

How to fix the Grind:
• Everything in the BW (Bloodweb) costs 2.000 BP less
• Teachables are now at lvl 20/25/30
• All levels past lvl 30 can spawn IS (Iridescent Shards);
– 250 IS = 1.000 BP
– 500 IS = 2.000 BP
– 750 IS = 3.000 BP
– 1.000 IS = 4.000 BP
• And past lvl 40 (Prestige 3 exclusive) you can also find an AC (Auric cell) pack;
– 25 AC = 5.000
• There are 4 Daylies now (2 for Survs and 2 for killers) + 2 neutral one when you complete atleast one of each. (Also reward changes, but I don't want to go into detail).
• Bloodblessing every weekend (1.25 BP event)
I would just keep the system as is but remove perk tiers by making all perks level 3 at base

I think the best solution are events, someting like Bloody weekend with double points, more players, more matches and more bp.
We would have an easier time getting something nerfed that does not need it than actually improve the game.
I don't like the idea of having every perk available at tier 1 right away, think about how overwhelming and confusing that would be for a new player to see 7 pages of different perks from both sides. Hell I know people who don't know what any doc addon does because they're paragraphs long, imagine reading a novel full of just perks
they will never change the grind, it ensures that players come back because they will want to have some sort of system for progression. I often find myself wondering what im going to do when i get all perks for all characters. I always come back to the same conclusion, i will play less. I'm not saying i want the grind im just viewing it as behavior would from a business stand point.
rather more perk balancing. BBQ & chili is used nearly ass often as ruin was before it was reworked
Get rid of tiers
I have 1845 h and now I have all killers at prestige 3 and I think three of them all have 5 pages of perks the rest have 3 or 2 pages so yeah and survivors I think 3 of my survivors are at level 1 and the rest is at 50 or 40 with 3-2 pages of perks with no prestige and I had some fun getting to the prestige 3 at killers but my god I remember when I wanted to get corrupt intervention on Trapper I went through 50 bloodwebs at least and I still have corrupt at first lvl so it is more annoying now
I think the solution could have something to do with prestige or devotion, prestige does nearly nothing and devotion really does nothing. Even the smallest help in either would of been monumental to me at this point

You know what would make BHVR a lot of money? Making the grind easier freeing up all characters to be more appealing to play with and in turn having a far bigger chance that their cosmetics would be bought instead of players just buying skins for their Mains. I would love to buy all the cool skins out there but my mains are Claudette and Doctor so why bother with buying skins for characters I never play? Missing out on a ton of money not making the grind more easier.

I think removing perk teirs and make a new system to prestige where you can select an item you want to appear and you can select 1/2/3 depending on prestige
No way to achieve boredom faster in a video game than to get where you want to be. Getting where you want to be is overrated because then you put the game down
I’m just finding myself drifting away from the game well before I’ll unlock the perks I want. And the devs don’t care, they already have my money. All I can do is cut them off from any more of my resources.

while yes the idea seems good, isn’t this kinda a kick in the face to people who have put in the hours and the grind to P3 everyone and get all of the perks on some killers/survivors? I feel like it’s almost too late to do something like this. They changed bloodwebs early on, wich was fine because the player base was so small that a small amount of people even noticed the change but now dbd is huge and alot of people would feel this.

I honestly don’t mind the grind but it is pretty stressful for new players probably. But what about the rest of us that grinded our hearts out already ? The new players would get freebies while the rest of us don’t get anything.
Im against messing with the perk tiers. Here's why
It's easy to get blood points today. There are so many ways, from events to party streams to just being good at the game.
Also, dont forget the devs like to toss bps codes as if it was a damm consolation prize when they f up.
It's hard to Imagine when at launch, it was hard to p3 any character, let alone all the characters p3 back then.
If you remove the grind, then what else does this game have? Rank is a joke with no incentive to get to rank 1. You think they start using the charms as something as a reward for getting to rank one or the skins but wishful thinking as always.
How about you get a 20% boots of bps in rank one or like they were going to do, where everyone starts a rank 20 again, but rank dont mean skill but MMR dose and ones you get to rank one and stay there after the season you get 300k bps.
Why can't we have that now? Really why not.
