  1. idk why everyone complain about knights power? its not always the best choice to just tap your power?? you can do other stuff with it aswell. You can chase 2 people at the same time how fkn op is that? xd

  2. There is also a game breaking bug that I believe is console only. The curser that you use to select things in the lobby will randomly appear at the start of a trial and it prevents you from doing anything. Once it happens it will happen again on each consecutive game and the only way I know how to stop it is to close the game entirely. I have a video of when it happened to me the first time. It's happened at least 1/3 of my games

  3. I played a match of Knight against 3 survivors using circle of healing on the artist map, I managed to get the adept for him and I've had a consistent win streak. He definitely needs some work, I feel a few addons should be basekit, but if you're willing to bash your head against a wall and you're not bad at predicting movement he's not the worst, I hope to see massive improvements for him because he has insanely high potential

  4. another incredibly strange thing they did was change the L wall (or short wall, wtv you call em) jungle gyms on yamaoka. they basically just made the outside wall at the window larger so the window's harder to fast vault from outside, and then changed the L wall to be way shorter, which is a change i cannot understand for the life of me because the long wall jungle gyms have always been significantly stronger anyway, while the short wall gyms are probably some of the most balanced tiles in the game.
    that, alongside the dumbass new 'jungle gym' they added on autohaven, really makes me doubt that they understand what actually makes a loop interactive or good, we're getting to the point where every tile is either a free hit for killer or immensely safe for survivor.

  5. It sounds ridiculous, but the “fat shaming” spots are my least favorite part right now. It’s amazing how many chases I’ve had where I just give up because of an area that from 1300 hours of experience LOOKS like I could pass through, but cannot and it sometimes completely kills momentum.

  6. There’s a nasty bug on PS that makes the cursor appear on screen when you load into a game (both killer and survivor) and you can’t move. You have to restart the game to get rid of the bug, and then it can present itself again after a few successful games. Happened to me on day one of the chapter.

  7. I found out about the problem with nowhere to hide yesterday when i randomly slotted distortion and was surprised to see how far away it would trigger with the killer's gen kicking when they had the perk. It's brutal.

The perks are great too bad the game removed one of Vittorio's perks from my inventory and I now cannot use Fogwise at all until I presumably Prestige him, and even then I won't have the perk on Vittorio. I PAID MONEY FOR THE DLC and got my PAID content removed from a bug and BHVR won't respond to my ticket.

Man I gave up on this terrible excuse of a game a while ago, the devs are hopeless unfortunately and I don't say that as some angry 13 year old or something they just literally do not learn and almost consistently make the wrong or atleast bad decisions. they've done this since day 1 and I was sick of just accepting it because there's nothing else or having a empty hope that was only ever falsley inflated to be brought crashing down again. Just give up on it, they have too so there's no point in wasting the time.

  10. For some this chapter is a "mild" train wreck, meanwhile for console players on top of listed problems:
    There is a game breaking bug on consoles that (as it seems) affects at least PS4, PS5 and Xbox One and renders DbD completely unplayable. Once you load into a match you have no control over your character, you can only open the options menu to DC if you're so inclined but you can't play until you fully close and restart the game (the bug persists even if you queue up for another match).
    So for some this is Nemesis console disaster all over again…

  11. Just learned this today. Pick Freddy and play on either Asylum map (You can do it in custom with bots now if you like) the game is unplayably dark when in dream world for all 5 players

  12. I have personally experienced being fat shamed on Crotus Prenn for multiple games since the update and I had the bug where the Knight just can't use his power anymore. For me it happened when trying to spawn my guards while a generator was in front of me, and it cancelled me out of the use then just acted like there was a guard infinitely spawned but no guard came out. And nothing could fix it, I just had no power for the entire rest of that game.

  13. There has to be some kind of regulation at BHVR that says they're only allowed to put any effort into 1 patch a year and immediately after that's over, go "Phew. Time to get back on track!"

Camping, random bug where pallet stun gives knight insane speed hack, tunneling, the PlayStation bug where you literally can’t play, random lags and getting stuck on seemingly nothing has been my experience the last 2 days…I used to play as much as I could and now I’m doing up to 5 matches and not having fun in any. It’s just so broken beyond forgiveness, I’m baffled and killers are more salty than ever leaving everyone slugged for no reason at 4 gens. Then wondering why DC is so common? Maybe because I’ve had 3 games in a row where some sweatlord thinks tunneling is the only strategy and I actually want a game where I’m able to get points for repairing gens

Something I wish is that assain would almost always get a hit off but could only deep wound people because as it stands now without add-ons he is the worst gaurd to spwan (his main draw is speed but can't catch a survivor if he trys) his detection is short he don't chase long and the only great way he helps me in chase is locking off a pallet with his long break animation letting me trap survivors in some loops seriously that long break animation helps a ton

  16. Im not enjoying survivor game play right now, everything feels janky, something is off with the movement it feels, the wiggle skill checks feel weird and flashlights shine at the floor

  17. I have to give up with this game man. They are now changing how the maps seem to generate to the point where there was a locker inside a T and L wall loop ( locker is about 2 meters from the window vault on the T) and when I pressed space to vault the window, (looking behind me to try and read the killer) I made the embarrassing locker vault instead of window vault when I never knew a locker could spawn there……. and it got me killed… I was not even injured…….. and there are obstacles now spawning outside of shack and 4 lanes that you can not even squeeze through. I am not a developer so I do not know how their programming of tile generation works but a locker right beside a window in a T and L pissed me off too much, I got sour, but this is nothing new for my feelings towards the direction this game is going

  18. For the record, the whole thing with props spawning in weird spots is confirmed to be a bug, not an intentional change. It's happening everywhere, not just the good realms, but it's been discussed on the forums and the mods there seem to think it's a bug.

They could change his power rotation usage, instead of a roulette that you have to use the guard to change for another, could make like a clown bottle rotation style, were you can change the guard you want to use, pressing Left CTRL. Don't know if would be broken but, yeah. For me, jailer is just a waste of space for the other 2, and encourages camping since his patrol time and detection range is so long.
