  1. “This change grants The Nightmare additional flexibility while using the Snare, allowing him to use them against a wider variety of opponents.”

This sounds very AI-generated to me, and if that’s the case, it’s quite worrisome…

  2. Maybe someone already has said it, but… Do you know how ceratin bosses in other games telegraph their attack by showing a circle on the ground and then the pillar of fire or whatever comes out? I think the Dream Snare is similar, but instead of the pillar, you have to dodge the circle itself, some bosses move the circle to make it harder to avoid, so… I think Freddy will be "sliding" circles across the map or that's what I think moving snares will be.

  3. I love how people just have faith in BHVR despite them f**king up big time for multiple times throughout the years… it’s like you went to a restaurant and had food poisoning and then you just keep going afterwards hoping you won’t get sick dining there😂

  4. To be honest, im torn on Red Brush, given how interacting with Freddys power in this rework will often put you in the dream world regardless, especially if the Freddy pre-plans or uses his power in chase and if you break chase while asleep, well… Freddy will still be coming for you…

  5. This idea with Freddy is what they should do with pin head. His chain hunt should be automatic and last for 30-45 sec then go on cool down. And finding the box should reduce cool down for THAT survivor and every other survivor has to find the box to reduce timer. If pin head finds box it gives survivor with less chain hunt time an extra 10-15 seconds or choose a random survivor to start chain hunt early if no survivors is in chain hunt.

  6. It is something I guess, but it still feels so boring and rehashed from other killer's powers. At least old shit tier Freddy felt unique with his dream power interaction. I wish they found a way to make that work instead.

  7. Re: Alarm clocks going on cooldown
I read that as for all survivors, not just the one who used it. If so, slightly more useful than you made out even if the Immunity is still present for the survivor who used it

  8. The main thing I have concern with on survivor side is making sure that the game gives enough time in the waking world to actually make it feel like a good decision to take time to wake up. In current iteration, I take the time to go hit the alarm clock, but then by the time I get back into chase, I'm asleep again. There's also instances where he sneaks up and gets first hit before I realize he's close, which makes healing a good decision, but also means I spend all chase asleep again. I just get annoyed by dead mechanics, and I'm glad the current take on Plague fountains and when to cleanse is very nuanced; just that in many cases for Freddy people say "never bother waking up".

  9. I always preferred playing Pallet Freddy over normal Freddy, but I'm a meme man so, yeah. Especially fun on The Game though.

10:53 It says it increases the sleep meter so, yes, it's a down side. The amount of time it take for them to fall asleep is one and a half as much as normal.

I think being able to teleport to healing Survivors is a bit much but everything else is great.

14:39 Someone will complain about it because THEY bought all the characters so why should OTHER PEOLPE get to play with them without buying them. Because people are shit like that. So many people are against good, positive change because THEY don't benefit from it because they've already done the thing the old way and don't think anyone else should have it easy when they had it difficult.

    Thanks for the video Scott.

  10. One thing I'm looking forward to with new freddy is my teammates who ALREADY would run to me when I plot twist to heal me, doing so vs freddy giving him free hooks any time I try to heal myself because people just don't understand I don't need lifealert.
