  1. The only time i ever really mind mori's is like everything else in DBD, when i have like 5 6 or 7 in a row, see it a lot. but moris are super rare even with the killers who have them built in, PHead and Sadako……and those two you can litterly stop said mori by doing something, like tapes or not step in the goop.

  2. I bring blood point offerings when there’s a blood point bonus or event. When there’s nothing I bring out a Mori since I just love seeing the animations. I wish they were base kit since Killers should kill. They are called killers, not hookers.

  3. I never run moris and that's usually because they can fuck you over more than they help you. Back in the day when they could be used on survivors who hadn't been hooked and then later on when the survivor had been hooked once, they were way too strong (that's the equivalent of survivors having to do 2 – 3 less gens) but now they're fine since most of the time if you get downed on death hook, you're dead anyway. On the killer side of things, you don't get any perks that activate from hooking a survivor like bbq or pain res and a lot of moris are slow as fuck to the point where it's probably faster for the killer to just hook

  4. Genuinely can't think of the last time I've even seen a mori. I can count on my fingers the amount of moris I've seen in a match through my 3 years of playing dbd. Are people seriously complaining about something that Killers barely use as is?

  5. I rarely see moris so when a killer brings one im happy. I got morid once at the exit gate trying to crawl out by a killer waiting for the other survivor to leave because he had a yellow mori. It was so funny. I guess I can see how some ppl can say that's toxic but like it's a yellow mori. It's very rare those are even going to be used in a match in the first place. It really isn't that big of a deal.

  6. That's kinda funny, when I instadie against a good player with a mori I'm usually like, at least the mori looks cool! Couldn't imagine thinking they're broken or anything in 2024 lol

  7. The only issue i find with moris is that a lot of killers tend to tunnel when they bring it…maybe im unlucky with who im being matched with, but i find myself getting tunneled out the game faster if the killer has mori, but thats less of mori issue & more of a player issue.

Moris are 110% fine as they are lol

  8. The problem with moris is that killers try to go after the same target to use them. If they were to do something to encourage target variety in order to make the most of them such as using a meter that increases until you finish off your first target and locking you into a set number of finishers at that time, I could see it being a bit more balanced as those playing killer would have to be more cold and calculating instead of just going after the same survivor until they get them out.

As for Mori Monday, Might I suggest a build involving Rancor, No Way Out, and Game Afoot to replace your Mori with a game of Rancor Rush?

  9. Against flashlight squads I like to bring the green mori and use it on the first survivor i can.
Often the others won't try to flashy save the Dead On Hook people after that because they are assuming they are getting mori'd as well

  10. This is a 9 minute rambling video that misses the issue with moris. It's the tunneling that comes with bringing a Mori. On a high tier killer who brings a mori, there's rarely much you can do as survivor as your team gets picked off one by one. I think a killer who personifies this issue is Sadako who has a built in mori and tends to tunnel more because of it.

  11. Theres no downside to moris … you can use it to counter alot of perks and items and if you need the hook you can simply decide not to use it.

That way u get the best of both worlds – yes Moris are still unfair in that sense but they arent problematic.

  12. I think they find Moris toxic in the sense of finding fatalities in mortal kombat toxic in online mode, cuz if you arent ending the set and you fatality thats seen as toxic, why idk its part of the base game but its just a weird code communities build up for no reason
