Hey everyone, today I wanted to have a sort of open discussion video looking at DbD in its current state, and simply considering how much longer the game has.

At the time of this video’s release Chapter 32 has been released – Dungeons & Dragons! The new killer is Vecna, the Survivor is a group of Bards with an elf and a human member. We also got a castle map!

  1. Simple if all major licenses characters like jason, pennywise,OG freddy, killer klowns from Outerspace, etc. There be no hype if all major ones gets in. Few ppl would be hype for obscure horror ones.🤷‍♀️ but that's just me thinking

  2. Ive started playing DBD in 2019 around halloween when i was 10y.o i played roughly 8 months and then left (i domt temener why) then came back in 2021 aronud halloween again and played for another 6 months and now i started playing like 2 weeks ago and i enjoy it as much as in 2019 and 2021 😁.
It changed a lot throughout the years but its still one of the best if not the 2nd best game ive ever played

  3. Dbd can keep going as long as bhvr want. Idk what it is but I still always get excited about new chapters and as long as they keep occasionally updating gameplay and graphics it will have longevity. The recent UE5 update gets me hyped for their likely plans for quality

  4. I agree once I learned I can take a break and DBD will be their when I get back I have learned to enjoy it more. Longest break I took was after the Hellraiser and didn't comeback till just around Ringu. Then took another one after the anniversary with Dredge and came back right before SM.

  5. Dbd won’t be dying any time soon it is going to take a lot for this game to die and judging from the anniversary the new chapters and the road map dbd is going in a good direction.

  6. Before, DBD’s death reason could be summed up as “There is only so much horror licenses you can acquire.” but after Vecna, we can have other characters that aren’t horror franchises.

  7. It actually surprises me that dbd still has a fanbase. Let’s be real the game hasn’t changed at all since it’s release, like sure we get new chapters every few months but it’s just not enough, I think the community are far too forgiving, the devs are lazy, and incredibly greedy.
