  1. With this new update is horrible, I bet people who play will leave cause this new update is going to ruin the fun for a lot of players. They messed with pain resonance once, but now it's going to be total garbage, Call of brine will be a second Hex: Ruin, and Overcharge is slightly lame now

  2. So instead of fixing the DDOS issue and bugs that have been in the game for years they do this. They ignore the MAIN problem and try to cover it with either an update or changes that'll bring people in for a bit, but when they see the bugs in it they leave. This game is dying and will be run into the ground if they keep ignoring things. I used to love this game, but the devs are digging their grave deeper and deeper.

  3. Finally no DH (sorta) but it’ll be funny seeing people use it and dont time it right😭 also I kinda wished the nerfed prove thyself. I love that they nerfed the gen perks, I hate having to play as a gen killer and hate going against them. But now gens will just flyyy.

  4. Great changes overall I would say. Rip billy and pain res tho😢😢 they gutted them. A possible return of the hit and run playstyle makes me happy
    and also I feel overcharge will be still valuable. Yes 125% regression speed is not so much, but consider the skill check that survivors can miss. It can buy you time as killer.
    I'm genuinely curious about the new meta from both sides 🙂

  5. I think healing could either have a happy medium with +4 seconds (20s total), or +8 for self-heal actions and +4 for altruistic heals.

    I also would love for Light interactions to stay in the game (but keep the Hag rework)

  6. F this game. They always make some shit good for a short perioid of time and then turn it into a massive pile of sh*t.

    I recently started playing this game again and was like "what have they done selfcare, it takes like a gen time to heal" and looked over the other once good perks that were just unusable now.
    Then i went ahead and bought Artist, Sadako and Mikaela just for Pain Resonance, COB and CBOH and now they made ALL of them unusuable too😂 What are they going for? No Mither meta? Lets take every ability to heal away from survivors so that the baby killers feel balanced…

    Nice paying for sh*t that becomes useless after like 3 months. I will never spend a cent on this game again.

  8. God I hate Otzdarva! Like why did he make all those awful videos where he bitched about how unbalanced the game was? I mean how thick do you have to be, to not realise DBD being unbalanced was the main reason why the game used to be as fun as it was.

  9. I think you really underestimate just how much they destroyed Brine and Overcharge. They do almost nothing now.
    Added to pain resonance getting destroyed, there is no good regression left. Survivors are going to push gens like crazy and there is nothing a killer can do about it.
    I think anti-healing builds are going to be super nasty but idk if that's going to make up for it. I think good survivors just wont heal, and gens will go even faster.

  10. Honestly I don't like these changes.
    Medkit nerf sucks for those like me that suck at Chase, or newer players.
    Overzealous just added to the gen speed
    They killed off pain resonance

    I absolutely HATE that they won't leave dead hard alone. Stop changing it. Can't I have my ONE perk I like.
    The only perk I enjoy bringing every match. Why should that be a bad thing? I just like the idea of dodging a hit like a badass.

    Call of brine major nerf.

    At least overcharge got some love…I think? Idk maybe.

    Circle of healing is also a dead perk now. Unless I'm doing a meme healing nurse lisa build.

    Good job behavior. I left you for a few weeks and came back to see you aren't doing any better. That's depressing.

    On the plus side, I absolutely love the changes for the Hag. That will be fun to try out. (Tho I rarely face Hags)

    With wraith would you still be able to blind him at a pallet while cloaked? Not burn him but blind him. I don't play wraith so I'm not sure how that will work now that he's unburnable.

    Also isn't burning a nurse incredibly difficult? I've never been able to pull it off because they blink too quickly.

  11. Id argue youll see medkits more often not less. I always bring a medkit. Always have. Typically i only get 2 heals out of it anyway. We dont know what the add on pass is but so far it doesnt sound like this has changed that. Even if i get 1 heal out of it, still better than anything else outside of commodius + bnp

  12. With this healing update this is equivalent to 2 sloopys from the healing time we got now its gonna make 3 gen killer stronger basement hag and there's gonna be anit healing meta if this goes through I'm pretty sure alot of suriviors are gonna stop playing the game

The meta for survivors now are gonna be, CoH, Overzealous, Overcome, and Resilience, 19% repair speed if setting up the boon and a free aura reading while doing a Gen within the boons radius while injured, and 9% faster when setting up the boon injured, an extra 9% to base healing and 59% healing speed to other survivors while injured in coh, more distance after getting hit healthy or while having the endurance effect, and just 9% universal action speed when injured, vaulting, Dropping pallets, exit gates, unhooking, healing, Meta for Killer, Thana, (Bloodhound/Pentimento), Sloppy, (Overcharge/ Dark Theory), thana for for gen repair penalties per injured survivors, Sloppy for increased healing time, more pools of blood while injured, and resetting healing progression when interrupted and getting a loud noti, blood hound to make pools of blood glow and easier to track a injured survivor, Overcharge for that extra gen pressure and skill checks, or Dark Theory to prevent CoH and Overzealous combos, potentially pentimento can replace blood hound for the totem stacks for more penalties.

  14. Gens already fly like crazy even with with gen slow down, now longer games will last 5 minutes 😭😭as someone who tries to gen rush this is just bad. If this releases it will be withdrawn soon after. Killer will become impossible to play at higher mmr and even nurse and blight will struggle.

  15. they didnt remove hillbilly overheat mechanic because they dont want him to rev the chainsoaw forever while camping a hook (like bubba) they still want for the unhooker to have a a window to unhook

  16. So apart from rescuing/healing, extending chases what else can I do as a survivor? Doing gens, expect a great influx of players gen rushing and bringing tool boxes, I think this is a bad update because people don't like to take risks or hits for other teammates with things as they are, this changes will deter people from doing altruistic actions even further, we'll see, what I find amusing is the end result of things

  17. That nerf on Boon: Circle of Healing is just strange and has no logic to it. It's a magical circle for healing, it's a little of nonsense to not let the person cure itself without a Med-Kit. And also, the speed bonus not affecting the Med-Kit, so you can just use it to heal others without a Med-Kit.
    Resuming the Nerf: You can't cure yourself without a Med-Kit and to Heal others effectively you can't have a Med-Kit.

  18. So nerfing both brine and overcharge into the ground. Even though it takes both working at full power meaning overcharge needs full 30 seconds to power to 200%. To break even on regression what 1 survivor can do base kit no perks or toolbox. Warrants a nerf to both to pretty much being pointless perks, but also killing pain resonance also on top of that. I just don’t see the logic in these nerfs.
    Base line gen progression with no perks or toolbox for survivor is 1c/s while regression for killer is .25c/s baseline. Having brine and full power overcharge bring it up to 1c/s which almost never happens in the first place as most survivor teams tap the gen when killer chases off the one who was working on it. Either way took two perk slots of regression to equal what a survivor can do with 0 perks.
    Then there is the killing of pain resonance for little to no reason as it was probably the more balanced gen regression perk. As you had to down someone then hope you were close enough to a scourge hook in the first place. If on or next to a gen once it was resonated you could repair through that knocked off percent in no time.
    Just seems like overkill nerfs to perks that actually somewhat slowed down games, and most of the time not enough to stop good survivor teams anyways more or less just prolong their win depending on killer.
