You'd think devs would've used high mmr to sort out cheaters and make it easier to find them, but instead they decided to fuck over high skilled players by the looks of it
Man it wasn't the reason you got hooked. I've seen even you miss plenty of flash light saves. And it was never your fault why they got hooked. Just like in this case it wasn't their fault you got hooked. It was yours lol. Don't be that guy. Just own the fact you got grabbed. You're human you can make mistakes it's ok
Cheaters can heal teammates. The elodie was the one that zoomed across the map for the save. Unless cheaters can give cheats to teammates which i haven't seen yet. Cheaters seem to be able to buff their perks so ig they can bring a buffed blood pact.

Since the debate going on here is whether it was tru3's fault or his teammate's if he got hooked, to me it's both.
Tru3 shouldn't have been greedy with the gen and his teammate could have reacted faster to the grab. Both made a mistake and they paid the price for it
I had a game exactly like this. It was a 4 man swf I’m pretty sure (I honestly couldn’t tell if the Cheryl was in on it, but I won’t assume). I was playing doctor and the claud, whenever I would hit her, she had an infinite medkit and would heal herself instantly. She was also able to heal the other survivors as well without even being near them. She didn’t have any speed boost hacks just the infinite healing medkit thing. It was so annoying and that was actually my first time experiencing a hacker in dbd. I wasn’t surprised because ever since mmr of all a sudden the hackers are coming out.

Everyone saying he was greedy, think about the situation, True literally didnt know the Nurse seen him. Technically if the survivor had did the flashlight right, True literally wouldnt have been hooked. He admitted he was at fault by holding on to the gen, BUT he also stated IF the survivor HAD did the flashlight right Nurse would have dropped him. Greedy or not, he explained a situation where the survivor could have saved him, thats it. There is no disagree or agree to be had, just him explaining mechanics of the game.
They cheating and he just goes with it laughing…. At least don’t help the cheating team
Unless Elodie can heal beyond the grave, for sure two cheaters. I never came across a cheater myself, until the new system. Since it was new, mmr wasn't high and blah blah. Like I know i'm shit, no way in hell I should face cheaters lol. Haven't came across one since first day of the new system. Just shows how talented I am cough

BHVR ignores the hacker epidemic plaguing top MMR games. If they have a plan on how to deal with it, they needs to put it in motion, because most of top streamers are top MMR, and they're getting fed up with cheaters in so many of their matches. The streamers go away, DBD popularity plummets and nobody's left to buy your stupid cosmetics.

Comments are wild, the whole argument wasn't about who's at fault True got hooked, it was that the killer played out the best case scenario during that interaction, and if the survivors played perfect would've never got a hook. The killer had no control other than hoping the survivors kept making their own mistakes (being greedy, missing flashlight).

all i know is tru3 wasn't cheating, one or all 3 of the others could have been cheating because this game is as doodoo poopoo as gta online and the cheaters can use their cheats on other players as well
I play on ps4 with the cross play off, at least my game are a bit more fair.

I think for needed balance survivors should be able to attack with weapons and down then hook killer for the insta win. Also allow survivors to use 6 perks and cut down the killer to 2 perks. And maybe give the survivors a automatic universal perk the doesn’t allow the killer to move until 2-3 gens are done.
There, that would be a good start to balance the game!!
I want to see an anti-cheat measure where the game insta-kills cheating Survivors as if they ran out of time to escape.
Imagine if there was a hack to bring you back from the dead. Actually, that'll probably be the effect of a boon totem sooner or later lol
