Trail of torment works better when paired with dragons grip. You generally don't want to run regression perks with trial of torment because when it's fully regressed your undetectable is done. Giving you shorter use out of the perk where dragons grip will either keep them off the gen you just kicked or become exposed. It's a win win.

I felt your pain when Dwight's adrenaline kicked in, when Mikaela got off the hook, and when that flashbang dropped. 😣 As a new Oni player too on controller, it is really aggravating trying to get him to turn or miss survivors by a hair with the kanabo swings. It's always good watching you play since I learn something new every time about the game.

Oni is an S tier killer, but u need a mouse to get the most out of his power
I play on PS5 and rarely play Oni because I miss so many demon rush attacks its painful and rage inducing. Controller Oni really is a nightmare. It's so easy for the survivor to dodge your rush attacks and cause you to miss. Auto aim is also a bitch to and makes you hit objects instead of the survivor.
Drink game, take a shot every time u hear, "im trash at oni"
to be honest the rpd map sucks for oni too

If you want a strong killer you can do well with on console, use pyramid head.

Oni is really hard on controller
You need to kick the gen after activating your power. You will get undetectable from torment and as you dash you get no where to hide value. The aura reading follows you for 5 seconds. You will be able to see survivors as you dash. Even if you don't, you will be undetectable while you dash. So, you can one hit survivors on other gens that don't expect a silent Oni to be flying towards them. You should take out pop and put on lethal. Your aura reading is longer and you will get early game advantage.
