1:36 for eample they can make it so you hit everything with your tentcale, pretty much like P-head's power that doesn't stop after hitting first survivor. With this thing you can actually hit survivor throught a pallet AND destroy it

I would say that nemesis is tier 2 reliant but i wouldn't say tier 3 reliant. But then again i rarely use his power except during loops and i run a slug build because nemesis slug is nasty. But i can see your point for the most part
