the fun thing is that BT got added to base kit and got major buffs, while it's infinite times better than shattered hope.
Imagine if the devs were killer sided, making it so you need to use a perk as survivor to counter hex builds

The build I generally use with Devour build is… Hex Haunted Grounds, Hex Undying, Devour Hope and either Deadlock or Hex Penti

You don't. It is a technique that is uncounterable if performed correctly. Funny how that works, isn't it? Survivor players love to claim that Nurse is uncounterable and therefore should be nerfed, but when killer players say the same thing about Dead Hard, survivor players throw a hissy fit. Their hypocrisy is almost unbelievable.
