Scroll wheeling permanently is a terrible way to play, because you end up teleporting to traps you never wanted to when multiple go off at once. Only people who never play Hag would accuse a good one of doing that. Does using mouse scroll to TP improve your timing? Sure! It can make it faster. It isnt an "easy button" like so many people seem to think it is though, you still need to use skill for it to be effective in the least.
