She wasn't using her power, her animation was bugged. Also, never drop pallets when a Legion is using Frenzy. Complete waste of pallet. Well, in this case she wasn't actually using her power, but just a fyi for the boys in the comments.
This isn't unique to Legion and it's a bug that's been around for a few of years now (3 or 4 years). I've had a Piggy chasing me who was crouched yet was perfectly content with stabbing me whilst moving at 115%. Much harder to read when she's at crouched survivor's height… I've had the same bug with Ghostface as well. Basically, it's an old desync issue with a killer's animations that BHVR never fixed because there's 501 other bugs in the game.
I've had this happen, I don't know exactly how to trigger it but it involves being blinded or stunned while activating your power, very weird but very op
This happened to me once when I was playing Legion. I got stuck on the frenzy animation but I didn't realize that the survivors could see me as if I were in frenzy. Once a I picked up a survivor from the ground, I freed myself

BHVR knows how to make games I promise 🙂 They definitely don't have a loose grasp of coding concepts. They have done a pretty good Job so far 🙂

Benjo it’s an animation bug. Same thing happened to me with a Blight that was stuck in the rushing animation even though he was walking normally.

Seems to be the same problem as with Blight, although his run looks awful and amazing at the same time
