This perk is very nostalgic, it reminds me of release mettle of man.
That perk needs a rework.
It's effect right now is actually nutty but there's no way to really nerf it without making it useless.
Unless there was an added downside: for example, maybe 3% bonus movement speed but -3% action speed. That could make it a chase oriented perk.
Or maybe increase action speeds by 3% but must be charged through time spent in chase.
Either way it's immensely strong with resilience. High mmr survivors will be nigh unchaseable for any killer below A tier imo

Been a while since i have seen an Oni, off course, only see the killer that wants you to stay injured when you are running a build that wants you to stay injured 😅
This match against Oni perfectly showcases what happens when you put this perk in the hands of a good player (i.e.: Farmer). I do agree it needs to be looked at, but as I commented earlier, I don't know how I'd change it other than put it on a timer like Lucky Break whenever you get injured.
