I had a trial, twitch streamer as a doctor with rancor, i was the obsession, so it happened like this: i got hooked twice (one more time and i've could died) and i was hiding around, when the gen popped i started unlocking the gate when 2 people got hooked and escaped, when you are the obsession when the killer is doctor and it has Rancor, you shoulda run n' hide sometimes
Rancor only effects the obsession tho

The amount of times ive played against killers with rancor and it takes me almost 4 gens to realize im not running dark sense… bahahaha i be out as quiet as i can but also making sure the remaining players open the gate in safety.
