I think from an editing standpoint, having the their audio before anything had happened to them in game does cause a lack of context, and having the audio just suddenly play could be confusing. I think having the audio come in and out during moments of downtime was really good though! I might've put it after they came into chat so it would've made it a bit more meaningful, but honestly listening to it at all causes physical pain
