I don’t think Naymeti knows that those two Ghosty add ons were reworked lol I think both used to reduce Night Shroud recharge time but now they do very different things. The yellow one shows auras when a marked survivor fast vaults. That’s why he saw the aura and he didn’t know why he could see her.
