It isn't 7 or 8 knives to down, not sure if you figured that out. Once you threw enough knives to injure the survivor the gauge reset. So it would be additional 7 to 8 knives to down them after. I could be wrong but that is what I seen when she went from Healthy to Injured.
Pagan Min really hasn't changed much, but those clothes are kinda meh.
I hope they rework the perk forced penance. It has no cooldown but is worse in protecting against Bodyblocks

I think to make Smash Hit slightly better, if you don't stun it should be 3 seconds haste, with the stun it should be 5 second haste
