  1. With these new conflicting totem perks, they really need to make survivor lobbies show the other players perks. Id say we could just use chat, but console cant chat. At least let us know if someone's running boons or inner strength or clairvoyance.

  2. This boon:heal your self %100 shit is crazy.. it literally makes inner strenght useless because boon is just better in every way XD i think they are gonna give boons some cooldown after killer cleanses the blessing

  3. To be quiet honest, i think boon-totems are unnecessary. Survivors and Killers are both pretty eqaul in terms of streghts and weaknesses, but i fear that boon totems could ruin that balance. The extreme power that these totems provide inside of that radius is insane. Imagine a haddonfield, god building – boon totem combo… no chance for the killer. But im kinda optimistic that im wrong. If someone has another opinion, id like to hear that 🙂

What I think many don't realize about these boon totems is that in professional play, it only buffs the war of attrition type playstyle because they can just light up totem a fair distance away, and tap the gen while working with a fellow survivor and just heal up super fast. The Scary part is that on some maps, totems are very close to certain generators, so shadow-step can be used to freely work on a gen far from a killer who might be using BBQ&C or other mapwide aura reads, assuming that the killer doesn't directly come over to check on a generator.

  5. From what I've seen and read, as a Killer main, here are my thoughts on Boon totems until I jump on the PTB:

    1. For something that can be re-blessed over and over again, they are overpowered. Yes, Killers can extinguish them extremely quickly while survivors are wasting time blessing them. But this creates another side object Killers have to worry about and activity hunt out. So I would like to see Behavior placing a limit on how many times you can bless a totem or something similar to that regard.

    2. With Boon totems coming into play, I don't see why Killers cannot "curse" a dull or Boon totem. My current idea is this: at the beginning of the trial Hex perks will stay as it is currently, once a Hex totem is blessed or destroyed, Killers are able to curse a totem and all active and now inactive Hex perks will be tied to that cursed totem. Like Boon totems, this new cursed totem will now emit an audio cue. I'm not sure how this will work out in practice, even on paper it is overpowered, but when going against SWFs, I'd say it's a pretty decent solution. Of course, this should only be active when a Boon totem is in play AND the survivor associated to the Boon perks is alive
