  1. I absolutely love the yellow bottles. They're great for recouping from having to reload, kicking palettes or picking up survivors.

Assuming you have at least one left, throw it down at a downed survivor and by the time you pick them up, it's like a free Agitation. Or you need to reload with only one bottle, throw it ahead of you, reload while walking into the cloud and regain some speed. Alot of fun.

Plus with the help of the new Cigar Box and Garish Makeup kit, you can run a build with Dragon's Grip and/or Make Your Choice to quickly run at the exposed survivors while getting to see their auras. A+ right there.

  2. Yellow gas is REALLY weak. I would like to see it hit a much wider area, and let him also break stuff/vault faster. The area it hits is so small that the whole "affects survivors" thing means nothing. Make it so yellow can be used to clear stuff out quickly, but it gets survivors an easy way to flee.

  3. Yellow bottles are barely worth the effort, and not worth any delays throwing them causes you. See Scott Jund's video about 115 vs 110 Killers and map traversal.

Yellow bottles should fade after 1 second, and they should give you an actual burst of speed, 20% maybe. The speed should only last about 1.5 or 2 seconds. Fuck up, the survivor is in Narnia, do it right and you catch up big time. Do it really wrong and no one gets the speed and you're delayed (this is basically how it works now).

  4. Yellow gas in a nutshell
Never use for mobility. It's pointless
Purple gas makes you chase 100% faster
Yellow gas makes you chase 75% faster
Together they increase your chase 175% faster.
You should always look to use them together. For the fastest chasing.
Other then that it's usefull when you don't have los to hit them with purple but the long activation time makes that pretty hard.
They are very strong in certain situations but it's not something you use all the time

  5. I think there are actually just 2 uses for yellow gas. One came from Otz, he said if you have the distance/time to use it before a pallet break, you can just throw it at the pallet, then break it and then get after the survivor with higher speed.
The other one is, you can make pallets less safe to bunny hop. Just some save pallets become mindgameable, mindgameable pallets become unsafe. Just throw the bottle at the other side of the loop, away from the pallet. If the survivor still tries to play it, you have better chances at getting the hit.
But overall, I also think it is super rare to run into situations where you can use the yellow gas. Most suggested uses always have a drawback. And the "bait into deadzones" argument is total BS 😀

  6. There are four scenarios where I think yellow is good:
    1. At the start of the match to find survivors asap.
    2. In conjunction with slowdown at a loop that would otherwise be safe.
    3. To catch up to a survivor in between tiles where they are a little far to accurately hit with the slowdown gas.
    4. At your feet immediately before you reload.

  7. There IS no point in using yellow bottle. Scott mathed it out and you only get at most 2 more meters of distance for a yellow bottle, which is HELLA not worth the bottle.

  8. I think the yellow bottles are best when used in combination with the purple bottles. Survivors can't make any distance against you when you've slowed them down AND you have 10% more movement speed, so they can't cycle through tiles at all. If you think about it that's the whole reason Blight is so good, because his power doesn't really help with many tiles or loops, it's just that he's mobile and can stop survivors from looping more than one or two tiles. Now Clown can deal with loops AND stop survivors from getting to other loops even better. And I suppose his mobility is a tiny bit better too lol

  9. try usin the speed bottles at loops instead of slowdown ones, the speed can make a lot of safe loops mindgame-able n combined with a purple bottle on the other side almost anything can be played, or jus try using only speed bottles n its way more fun than normal slowdown

  10. i don't know i would still not play clown cause i hate the model and his skill kit. the gen counter is in a pretty good spot imo because survivors are mostly on ur top screen side and since u r trying to hunt survivors all the time im mostly looking at the top of my screen anyways, but within a match in general im not really looking at the top side for sure. the profile pictures should have remained down left, but with the new models and look they are now. also especially killers need a hook counter for each survivor to not get into accidental tunneling and avoid DS. for now the only way to avoid DS is by slugging which is also not a cool way to get around it actually and i mostly forget about who i have hooked already, too. i have heard the yellow gas with agitation should be pretty good and maybe even in addition to play with your food. the fact survivors can get the speed boost though sucks pretty hard.
