If a killer has add-ons that only make their power better, for a killer like Pig you can put something like Distressing on her so that survivors hear her terror radius easier and she can't sneak up on them (since they would hear the terror radius cut off suddenly)

Arguably, Rule Set No. 2 and the extra skill checks addons are worse than nothing. Rule Set No. 2 completely nullifies why you would use the traps, and skill checks increase the chance of reducing the slowdown of your traps
