There's a number of animations that can screw with flashlight aim in DBD, the scream is the biggest. A perfect example of a teammate messing up another's flashlight attempt by greeding a generator while their deep wound timer expired across the map. Infectious fright triggered and made her scream at just the right time.
Got accused of hacking at the end of that match.
