I absolutely love playing Hag and Rusty Shackles is amazing for inducing that post-game salt. One of my favorites builds on Hag is to bring Rusty Shackles and HEX: 3rd Seal and go to Midwich; survivors will DC almost every time if they don't find that totem quickly.

i think hag needs a nerf in speed or something. being able to teleport fast and have 4.4 speed is kinda op imo. 4.25/4.3 for hag speed would be good i think
