Franklin's is such a solid perk. Especially now with the super fast healing medkit+perk combos. The ability to just take away stacked medkits is as worth as Ruin or corrupt in my opinion(if not more). Not to mention toolboxes and flashlights. There is a huge difference between playing survivor with and without a strong item.
