  1. I love your videos man. Legit your takes on the game and the community are such a breath of fresh air because you bring attention to things that not many creators talk about. Please keep making these videos. You have a subscriber for life

  2. Some killers are really fucking cheap. I was in a match the other day and both killers wouldn't even let me play the match because they blocked both of my exits so I was stuck there for the entire match

  3. I think all this proves is that you had two good matches. I've had good matches too, sometimes consecutively, but all it takes is just one mistake and the killers can knack you and your whole team in seconds.

  4. I kinda do see it becoming killer sided but only certain killer combos and plague mostly plague I kinda worry about because how much support she can do like 6 survivors broken? Epically if the other killer is oni, but I do agree this game mod is so damn easy for survivor that it's kinda expected it to be.

  5. I'm not trying to boast, don't misunderstand, but I'm a damn decent Slinger player. Doesn't feel like it matters in the slightest though in 2v8. I could be getting back-to-back downs and cages, but generators still FLY by and health states are regained in 3 seconds. Basically every match feels like a gamble based solely on how sapient and/or conscious the Survivors are.

  6. survivors being this overtuned combined with the fact that you can queue up with "shadow-on-wraith" pabloGonzales2014 makes killer matches a real kick in the gonads, even worse when you get bad luck and encounter any survivor that's competent enough to occupy you for more than 15 seconds, forcing you to drop or your buddy to come over to help

taking regular chases in this mode is a death sentence, its either do some negligble hit-n-run or stick with your teammate like glue

  7. Its very survivor sided, coming from a killer main.
Im not gonna parrot anything from this vid but i have NEVER played a single survivor game until the second round of 2v8 came out. I saw that survivors got 150% extra bp, and i needed bp, so i said what the hell. And I survived the match, hell i played like 20 matches and died in like, maybe 8 of them. Not knowing what i was doing, only having a general idea of what to do as survivor from watching people as killer. I dont ever play survivor hell i dont even have a single level of any single survivor, yet ive got 8 killers at least prestige 1.
Its so survivor sided its unfun, i had maybe 3 matches total so far where killers dominated.

  8. As someone who is anything but a good survivor player and yet still escapes about 80% of my 2v8 matches, I have no idea why ANYONE in their right mind would think that mode is killer-sided. It is in fact so survivor sided that I only bothered to queue up as Killer for it for a single evening to duo with a friend and then had enough and went back into it as survivor again. We weren't even performing bad, but playing killer in 2v8 is exhausting both due to the immense wait time between matches and the many unfair advantages survivors have in this new iteration of the mode.

By the way, now that BHVR has a working pallet rebuilding animation in their backpocket… I am fairly certain we will hear survivor mains screeching to get a perk that allows them to rebuild pallets in the normal gamemode in the near future. And as usual, BHVR will make sure that the people who buy the 50 Feng Min skins will be happy and provide it to them. Mark my words, lol 😁

  9. Just a small thing, but it seems like survivors benefit more from doubling their numbers than killers do. In a normal match, one survivor taking the killer on a chase means three other survivors potentially working on generators, meaning up to 60% (3/5) of the main objective can be accomplished. In 2v8, this goes up to 75% (6/8) of generators potentially being worked on while each killer is busy with a chase.

This is because although the number of players has doubled, the number of objectives has only increased by 60%. Killers, however, still need three hook states to kill a survivor, meaning their objective HAS doubled. The required work load has not increased equally between both roles. Mathematically speaking, survivor is even easier in this mode.

  10. A coordinated killer duo is deadly, but not too common. Survivors simply have too many things going for them not to lose. I mean, the more guides you have, the more of those lost and aimless solos actually are drawn to the gens. Not to mension the 50+ pallets on every map

  11. There are waaaay too many new killers in 2v8. Not that many but enough to notice there’s a few killers that are either sticking with their comrade too often or really don’t know how to effectively utilize their killer.
