  2. Spitting facts. I love your open-mind. Absolutely do more of this. Just got done having an argument with my family over what I'm doing with my life. So, I needed this… like, I'm just going through a rough patch. The business I started failed, now I'm looking for a job. I'm in a deeper financial hole than when I started. But, I've gained wisdom from it. I feel like the fam just doesn't see it that way. I refuse to give up, tho. I know this doesn't seem relevant to the topics you covered… but to me, everything you said gave me hope. Made me feel like I'm not alone. Ya know? I'm finding my own meaning to my own life.

And, it's always refreshing to hear someone talk about difficult topics with rationality and logic. Ppl get too emotional sometimes. I know I can from time to time. But, the narrative of certain groups of interest really want to create a divide where there isn't one. Only way we fight back is by not buying into it.

Anyway, stay awesome QuietKills. Always love your content.

  3. Something to note about people on the hook: During the end of the game, even if it's their first hook, the entity just kills them. No chance for Deliverance or unhooking themselves. ALSO EVEN WHEN SLEEP QUIET KILLS WINS

  4. My guy i love the vids, but the view of race in america is not so simple. While i dont think affirmative action worked it was implemented due to the fact that blacks were less likely to get jobs, education, and property due to nothing other than well being black. Using your example without affirmative action the kid from Mississippi that isnt as deserving as the affluent black kid due to circumstances he cant comtrol terrible school system etc most definitely gets in due to nothing other than his race. Those are facts like you can look up the inequality. Of course there's affluent blacks but when you look at the whole spectrum you can see the inequalities. Like your talking about a country that spent 400 plus years being openly racist until about 60 years ago. That racism doesnt just go poof bro. Inner cities didnt just happen they were created, generational wealth prevents proverty and propels peoples foeard in life, for 190 years blacks were not allowed to build generational wealth. Compared to whites as far as wealth goes as a whole not who you know but as a whole theres a significant gap. That gap didnt occur due to whites working harder than blacks either. To neglect the past and everything that lead tok a majority not all but a majority of blacks being at a disadvantage is assinine especially being a color of person yourself. Also equality and equity are two completely different things. Blacks want equality in simple things like not being harrassed or 9 times more likely not to be killed during a traffic stop. They want to have the option to talk to their children about race and not have to because some kid in kindergarten called them a slur. You might be from a different part of the country than me and im happy for it but dont get the wrong idea, if race didnt matter you would t have to make laws to dissipate 2nd class citizenship which is what they did with the civil rights act. Lastly poverty breeds crime. The more poverish an area the more crime. Racism also has to have power meaning a minority cant be racist they can however be racially biased but not racist. If 44 million blacks boycotted everything white it would do nothing at all, however if the 282 million whites boycotted blacks well we've seen those results. You point would make sense in a utopian raceless society. There also not a school system that indoctrinates american kids that racism exists or slavery had any negative affect on blacks, it's actually quite the opposite at least here in the south it is. I wish you nothing but best, and hope you blow up. I take you for an intellect, you should check out a book called how the word is spread by clint smith or medical apartheid.

  5. I will add a caveat to your comments on affirmative action. I think the major issue that it attempts to address is the lack of equity. Say a rich xyz and a poor xyz person applies to Harvard. The rich xyz guy will have unparalleled advantage against the other person and can exercise any means of resource use to secure a position in Harvard, which in turn cuts off the opportunity of self improvement the poor xyz person due to something that is not their fault. Originally and historically, the rich person would be that one white guy and any minority would be that poor person. Thus, affirmative action was a convenient way to balance out the inequity caused by wealth. Was it perfect? NOPE, but it was a band aid for what it was worth.

Did it treat the systemic problem with wealth and people using wealth to cut off the progress of others? not directly.

Race should not be a deciding factor in you getting into a university….but by the same token we cant kid ourselves thinking that two people from wealthy and poor backgrounds have the same shot. In reality, anyone should have an equitable opportunity.

What bugs me is that the removing of affirmative actions is a nice not addressing of the elephant in the room when it comes to equity and how wealth cuts out the opportunity for many. Or that the Supreme court pretends that America is color blind… because it isn't the new color is the same old color: green.

  6. You can't say you're about logic and then your summation of the pro affirmative action argument is "they are being racist and ignorant as shit". If you claim to champion logic, you need to be fair and assess topics before speaking on them to a deeper level than the most easily accessible stances to oppose them. Being intimate with details, facts, numbers, sir! You have a great approach to these topics, but you have to follow through. A more logical approach would be to say "these people are concerned that race has been a barrier to admissions or even being hired historically in this country and feel that the dedicated, specific hiring of discriminated parties helps correct the evils of the past. However, I feel that any practices that promote the hiring of any particular group despite historical context should be viewed unfavorably. In this day and age we should reset the table and allow businesses and schools to only admit or hire based on merit. Applications should remove race/gender qualifiers entirely."

However, that argument is fantasy because you're asking humans to not be… human. A colorblind society is not realistic. Nor is a completely woke everybody getting along society either.

  8. My purpose to life which I’ve lived long enough on this Earth to understand, this isn’t against anyone but me, I never looked at fame or being a millionaire, and I’m still not famous or have a big bank account I’m a average joe. My purpose is to take care of my family and to continue to take care of my family, which I do everyday.

But when you do find your purpose never stop doing it, just because you have it doesn’t mean ok it’s time to stop, no you gotta keep doing it every single day.

There’s a saying I live by. They may be smarter than you. They may have more money than you. They may come from a different city or a better family. But they can NEVER outwork you. And they can NEVER outprepare you. And they just can't outpractice you. And that's why you'll win.

  9. Initially asking the question what the meaning of life is, is a reflection of yourself seeking for validation in what can often be an abysmal life. In which case it’s the moments we lose ourselves in things that we find ourselves. Love the questions of the universe man. We get them usually in times like this. Trying to find Worth to our souls in the moments our consciousness breaks through the daily routine.
