But in all seriousness, thanks for the build idea!
One build I have for pinhead focuses on overloading the survivors on objectives. The build consists of h:devour h:plaything h; pentimento and h: thrill of the hunt
My strategy at the start is to try to find the box and do whatever I can to stop them from solving it. After I hook 3 survivors, all totems are hexed and devour is activated. It causes every survivor to stop what they’re doing and go for totems. Usually they aren’t able to find it amongst the plaything and pentimento. It causes a snowball which has given me 34 wins in a row so far (no addons/offerings)

I am trying to learn killer, picked up Wraith. Would the original Rank 1 Mindset for Wraith still apply to the current state of the game?
As a Pinhead main I need this so much
if youre sooo worried about a DS – just do a quick pick-up on the first unhook down to get rid of it.. most will burn it fast, and wont have it when it counts

Here’s one tip that doesnt seem to be mentioned much.
The Original Pain add on deep wound status effect triggers BT upon breaking free of the first possessed chain
So a survivor gets unhooked with BT > chain them > let them break free of one chain > BT procs > close the distance and down
To counter this, the other survivor who did the unhook will probably have to body block/help the BT-ed survivor to break chains which increases the chances of getting trade hooks
This may not be relevant depending on the future changes to BT but it’s still a fun little counterplay to unhooked survivors who play more recklessly because they assume Bt will save them
