  1. This is something; you'll never see me complain about. It's not a big deal and I hardly ever see map offerings being used. What I do care about: I'd like to see fog and luck offering get some improvements. Maybe they should take a look at the spawn offerings too. I'll use it if I have a cooperative challenge and force a survivor to spawn near me. It's not a good offering. For achievement hunters, removing map offerings is just going to make it harder to unlock achievements. It might not matter to you, but it matters to someone.

  2. Remove those garbage game riggers. This is a problem bc we have killer and survivor sided maps for some unholy fucking reason. Either remove the offerings so you can't rig a match in your favor, or actually balance the maps so they aren't as impactful. But knowing behavior they'll just give us another reskin of Macmillan Estate and say "I think we did a pretty good job so far"

  3. No, map offerings shouldn't be removed…what this vid shows is they should tweak the Sac ward to work as intended

Scratch mirror Myers pretty much needs indoor maps to even be viable (even survivor sided maps like The Game), scratch has no chase potential without stacking haste perks but even then the lunge is non-existent which is important at loops (you're not even supposed to chase with scratch mirror)

Is it annoying to see the Crows Eye offering pop up every time I load in as a regular killer? Yes. The solution? Play mean, tunnel, proxy, play as mean as the surviors would to you because they brought the map, as Quiet Kills would say "they brought us here, so no mercy"

You also encourage people to play how they want Spooks, tunneling is a part of the game, map offerings are also a part of the game, people don't like being tunneled and people don't like map offerings, I don't even like map offerings sometimes, I don't like being tunneled eveytime either, but guess what? GG go next, annoyance is in every PVP game

  4. I don't mind being sent to maps via map offerings, I like a decent number of the maps… I only wish I get to see Shelter Woods, I haven't had that map in weeks and am only lucky enough to see it once every few months. I also LOVE getting the Father Campbell's Chapel map especially when I'm playing Huntress, Deathslinger and Trickster because I get to hang out at the carnival. I have fun throwing hatchets and throwing knives at the mannequins and targets.

  5. Honestly, I don't really care too much about offerings. Players, cough cough survivors. Usually cry and complain about how one side abuses them when all that player is trying to do is probably go to their favorite map. Like, my favorite maps are the original Ormond map and RPD. Ormond becuz I used to be a legion main, and I think it's a pretty fun map as a killer every once in a while so I usually run it no matter what my killer is that I'm playing as, and RPD just looks nice tbh. I don't really care what anyone says, I think it's balanced enough that its a fair map depending on how knowledgeable you are

  6. lip quivers but…. but… I like going to RPD whenever I can… i don’t care how easy or hard it is…. I just like going for the cool map… I don’t want them to remove the maps…

  7. They could just make map offerings visible after everyone readys, then anyone who has a problem with the map can press a button to veto the offering for free. Then it's just a random map like usual.

  8. Another thing ruined by toxic people – map offerings. Killers and survivors have used it so often for so long to make the other side have a miserable game, so now anyone using it for achievements, challenges, trying out perks/builds/addons or just to go to a map they like once in 30 games will be immediately seen as toxic.

I'm a soloq warrior that never uses any offerings and when I see surv sided offering despite it being soloq I already know it's gonna be a horrible game and when the killer brings one I'm always ready for "midwich/dead dawg nurse with 4 gen slowdowns and 3 blinks" type of games.

  9. I love it when survivors expect a fair and easy game from me when they send me somewhere with an offering. Like what? You expect me to be happy and fair when I got sent to Ormand as Trapper or RPD as Singularity? Nah I’m finding whoever brought the offering and tunneling them out instantly, Don’t care how many Gens pop or who I have to slug to get that weasel. Got a 4 man down as Sadako on RPD because everyone kept trying to body-block me….As Sadako…A Killer who has no collision when demanifested. They threw the game. Making the wards brown rarity is a step in the right direction but the devs should either remove the map offerings or make it so they repel the realm instead of sending you there. If they made that change I’m using Crow’s eye all the time then. Got 200 saved up on Nemesis.

  10. NO…… Map offerings must stay… I love to meet Scratched Mirror Myers… And when I get him, he chooses indoor map.. And that's the funny thing about it.. You don't know where he is….. I also bring map offerings myself… Because sometimes it's annoying to see the same map over and over again.. 🙄

  11. Personally. I don't mind map offerings. I main killer, mostly billy (A heavily map influenced killer.). I don't use map offerings myself since I'd rather farm bloodpoints, it also makes winning against survivors who bring a map offering feel so much better. You gave yourself all these advantages just to end up losing, how sad. Do they have a place in the game? I guess? Should they be removed? Yes.

  12. There's no good reason for Survivors to control the map with an offering since (unless they're cheating) they don't know which Killer they will be facing, so they could be helping the Killer, and every Survivor strategy can be achieved on practically any map. In contrast, many Killer strategies depend on whether the map is indoors or outdoors (amongst other things). Additionally, for the Killer to choose the map they have to use their only offering to do so which can be countered by just ¼ of their opponent's team's offerings. For a Killer to use a map offering instead of the objectively best offerings (Mori, which cannot be countered) only for their offering to be negated by ¼ of their opponent's build is pretty pathetic. A stacked SWF can easily afford to always have: a map offering (or ward), a hatch offering, a basement offering, and then still have one offering slot spare. Then again, an opponent's map offering is easily countered by Task Manager, so I suppose it's not that big of a deal. Personally, I'll just be using Wards, Mori, or BP Offerings in my Killer matches now that Wards are Common.

  15. If they won't balance Sac Wards then Sac wards should be removed entirely.

Survivors can throw down 4 similar offerings and cancel out the killers sac ward altogether, while when the killer gets hit with a sac ward, he's just SOL.

Map offerings should have a base 100% certainty. If the opposing side offers a map offering, the killers offering remains at 50%.

This way, if 4 survivors bring an opposing offering, the odds are still 50/50.
If one survivor brings an opposing map offering, the odds are 50/50.
If two survivors bring different opposing offerings, the odds are 25/25/50, or 50/50.

Again, we either need to remove Sac Ward, or make it equal for both sides.
