Hey Red! I got my favorite perk for Doctor and maybe you like it. Bring add on anything you like but perk using Hex: Hunter Lullaby – Hex: Undying – Unnerving presence – and Merciless storm. It's make survivor hard to get skill check!

Basically this is a legion with haste, so it’s somewhat easier with gens completed and with the stacks from a play with your food, it would be even faster, you also benefit from hooking the obsession and getting both haste and undetectable so you can catch survivors off guard~

In case anybody’s curious to see it from the other side, I found the first match on the “predrop Patty’s” Twitch stream. (Turns out they also are using an auto-Dead Hard cheat, Red hits him at the very end and Deadhard goes off and the survivor comments “auto Dead Hard for the win, I wasn’t even watching the screen there.”

P.S. They also commented during the match they were predropping intentionally against Doctor. “It’s Doctor, I’ll drop every pallet on the map.”
Face the Darkness did nothing in game 2 and barely did anything in game 1, as usual.
So this was basically "3 Generic Good Perk Doctor M1 Build" the showcase.

I been using this doctor build as of late. It's called septic doctor build: septic touch, distressing, ultimate weapon and surge with both calm add ons. I mainly use it for mft, but it's stops other exhaustion perks

Perks: third seal, pentimento, plaything, ruin
Add-Ons: iridescent box, Larry’s remains
This build is evil. If they try to cleanse totems, pentimento value. If they don’t, the box, hooks and pretty much everything else is impossible to find and ruin gets value all game. If you play the box finding game, it’s so hard for the survivors to do anything fast.
Can you make another video on doctor with the perk where when you stand still, you get undetectable status and pretend to be one of the hallucinations?

My Doctor build of choice is an oddball stealth build I call the Oblivious Doctor. Fun fact: Static Blast can hit Oblivious Survivors
– Hex: Pentimento
– Hex: Plaything
– Hex: Retribution
– Hysteria
– Any Add-ons except Calm or Iridescent King, as they create a fake Terror Radius that works even when Oblivious. Discipline does as well but only in chase/tier 3 Madness and it offers the Red Stain swap as a trade-off.
Nobody expects a Stealth Doctor.
