Kick Gens to lead to screams, down people in nightfall with knockout and they won’t know where you are, and Hysteria and Nurses should help you when Nightfall isn’t on cooldown.
The doll addon with give you more time to be inside nightfall, while the yellow skull addon with help you build up this longer nightfall quicker.
