What does red mean by rank 1?
Beginner Tip for Our Little Killer: if you want to take advantage of your TP's, save them for after you've confirmed survivors are on a gen. That way if brine gives you an audio cue, you can instantly TP over there.

It's sad that Call Of Brine has been reduced to a poor man's Surveillance.
One tip for new Sadako players is that your hitbox for pallet stuns is way bigger than you realize because you have the same hitbox as killers like Oni and Trapper. It can be deceiving and it definitely feels bad to get stunned from a mile away :V
