  1. He's very fun to play as and against, but I agree. I kinda feel powerless with the easily accessible EMPs. To better balance this, I would say you can't use the EMP unless standing still so the device can properly "scan" for abnormalities, and on top of that, have the chests be opened up like a Nemesis box but for every use of a box that individual box takes longer to open again. Therefore making survivors have to navigate the map more, possibly even away from gens to make The Singularity's power seem more viable.
