  1. Love this, i always try and make sure that i comm as frequently as possible with my relatively new friends to reduce the chances of them panicking and making them learn easier

  2. I panic when I'm working on a gen and i turn the camera in a direction to see a Ghost Face or a Myers just staring at me. The only killers the really get me anxious. Great job on the video, man. Digging it.

  3. You don't need to make a build guide for perks I already did that , You don't need to make a loop guide either that's already done , If you just want to do a play guide that's fine and helpful

  4. Yeah the more information you can gather should hopefully help you come up with a plan instead of panicking, for example looking around while youre on a gen, not just watching for the killer but also looking around for pallets or loops so that you know where to run if and when sally sue pays your gen a visit.

  5. About the visual TR: I'd even recommend turning it on even if you are not hard of hearing. Sometimes my friend would just talk so I wouldn't hear the killer coming closer for an extra few meters and it also picks up on lullabies like Trickster, Huntress or Onryo. I have no idea how often the visual TR has warned me about a Sadako approaching before I could even hear the lullaby.
Oh, you even mentioned that a minute later. Welp, guess that reenforces my assesment lmao.

I like the format but everytime I watched the B-roll (I'm playing games while listening to videos), I wish I could see an example of what you are talking about. I personally don't think I need it, I think my game sense is solid and I could perfectly envision what you were talking about, but for anyone who needs these kinds of videos it's always better to have visuals that reflect the point you are talking about. Maybe I don't do you justice here and I just randomly tuned in when that was not the case but the one moment that just stuck with me for this point is at 7:48 when you talk about healing at a spot where you have good LOS. You could have used the part at around 5:22 to exemplify that.

  6. I wish more survivors knew the right time to commit to a gen, a lot of times me and another survivor could finish a gen together if we both commit before the killer gets to us, but then they leave, I get hit for nothing, and the gen gets kicked with pop or some shit, when all they had to do was stay on the gen and maybe take a hit and it would’ve been fine, especially when it’s a crucial gen this is important af in a game, I’ve seen killers get 4k’s simply cuz a guy left an important gen too early, like I’m talking like 5% from finishing and they leave

  7. While I agree with most points, early in the video you mentioned that hearing the terror radius and running from the gen is a bad idea (due to leaving scratch marks). While I can agree in a lot of circumstances, there is actually cases where this strategy is significantly more efficient and effective than the other two, especially at avoiding chases altogether and with more experience you do start to learn where the differing strategies apply. I don't think it's right to say that bolting from a gen is inherently wrong as a "what should you do out of these three circumstances". If it's due to panic, which is the point of this video, then sure. But it is important to mention that in terms of playing well there are times where you know what the killer is up to, you know the paths that they normally take to get around the map, and you know where to go and when to avoid a chase. I've had games on killers where a survivor bolts it off a gen when I'm still quite far away because it makes them impossible to chase. "Impossible" meaning that it isn't worth the time investment. Distance is one of the strongest things in the game!

    Good video as always <3

  8. This one comes with experience but: Knowing when to commit to a generator. If there's two people on a gen, it's at 90% and you see the killer coming a mile away, both of you are healthy. Don't panic and leave at 99%, you can get the gen done and your team will be appreciative even if one of you goes down. The same way it's okay to take a hit, it's okay to take a hook. (SOMETIMES)

  9. Predropping pallets isn't necessarily a bad idea tbh, you must play around pallets if gen-efficiency is not top-notch to say the least; that's why top survivor teams tend to "predrop" every single pallet (even shack pallet) because they are so coordinated to the point where they do not need to take any chances

  10. As someone who does well on Killer but struggles as a Survivor, I would definitely like to see more 'game sense' videos like this. I can see a lot of these tips are going to be very helpful in my survivor games going forward… as long as I can remember them in the heat of the moment, that is.

  11. imo taking downs for death hook survivors is a good decision as long as its only you going down. best way to do this is to unhook the surv and use for the people, if the killers not too close you might make it to a pallet but either way this works better with dead hard

  12. I was once at a game where there was pig. I still new at the time so I did gen just looking around I got jumpscared by her ambush attack. I was too freaked out I didn't do any gens because I thought I would be caught again and be freaked out. Just walking around not knowing what to do because I was just too scared to get back on a gen after that moment.

  13. congrats for 3k! and thanks for making guided content i fully support it. i think theres always a demand for updated survivor guides/looping content beacause survivors in general, are soooooo bad. everything you mentioned is basics BUT these survivors NEED to pay attention to this video. over 75% of my solo q survivor matches it's exactly the problems you describe. it's giving cringe
