That Nemesis was unironically doing exactly what a killer should when you're up against a survivor that desperately wants to get chased – never commit to them and kill everyone else. He knew that if he committed to Aaron, he'd get no value and lose all the gens while he chased Aaron all around the map.
I'm surprised people still watch these videos, it's the same thing over and over and over.
A better one is a skeleton key with blood amber and pray besds. Tapping the key at intervals to get the most usage of it possible. Perks are resilience, spine chill, windows, and Dzh. Especially good if you get chased on it, more information value with windows i.e. also eliminates the possibility of being mindgamed unless you mess up with the key

I know I speak for most of us when I say we don't watch for crazy build ideas. We watch to see you just play. The builds are just enhancing your loop style which I enjoy.
Maybe if you didn't make it so obvious you wanted to be chased, they'd probably do it more. I know the toxic thing is kind of your whole vibe to get them to chase you, but if it's not working like you said, maybe try another way
The worst feeling in DBD is when the killer leaves you to chase somebody they know they can down quickly
