what perks was he using on Spirit?
I use a similar build to you but instead of Pop, I use surge because also like you, I never use pop and it winds up a wasted perk slot.
Using 1/3 pops is equal to 25% / 3 effectively, or 7.5% regression. Surge does that to MULTIPLE gens in a 32 meter radius, clearly the better perk.
Seeing that Mikaela in the snowman while being chased by the zombie at the end was hilarious. WP for both games!
