The Best Dead by Daylight Update Ever – DBD Developer Update

This is hands down the best and the most healthy DBD update we’ve ever seen. This update could and most likely will bring fun back to the game for players like myself, who lost interest, due to the changes made directly to the things in the game that pushed us away.

  1. I'm back! How do you guys feel about this update? I've been seeing some mixed feelings about it, honestly mostly on the survivor side. So let me know how all of you feel! Thank you all so much for watching, you're all amazing!

  2. I really like these new changes, not a huge fan of BBQ as I still think it's way to powerful. The change to Pop was worth it as it's a fantastic perk but when it's for just the last gen it made it rather messed up. Thank you again for doing this, the come back of Tooten, stay awesome broski and I'm glad your taking things at your pace. Still gonna support ya fam

  3. is it just me or does this make the grind more having to go the whole 50 leves to get the perks on the other survivors or killers instead of the what 1.5mil BP to get to level 40 to get them on everyone else

  4. So no nerf to boons….neat….No Ed nerf also neat….I feel like if survivors can have infinite heal circles killer hex totems should be as well but ya know…”balance”

  5. Idk about the iron will nerf, as a survivor I run it constantly and as a killer I do like that it makes me think more about a chase and also not a fan of the scourge hook pain resonance nerf, as a survivor it’s pretty easy to play around, I was in a match where we all stopped doing the gen when they hooked someone and it was really fun. But pretty much everything else is amazing

  6. You seem very excited about what they did to Dead Hard. Realize this is not a nerf, just a "rework", and that rework might be a buff? Instead of a split second leap forward to get distance, now you have a full second of "go ahead and hit me" where they are still getting distance, and then they can get more distance if you swing. Prepare to be even more frustrated than before.

  7. I'm a bit afraid of what the combination of Borrowed Time, No One Left Behind and Hope could do in Endgame. If they all stack then survivors will have +21% speed??? 15 seconds of Endurance? Then once you hook someone in the endgame they can easily escape, not even body blocks needed.
I hope they make it so the endurance and speed effects that you get after being unhooked deactivate in Endgame just like DS, otherwise will be impossible to secure a kill at the end

  8. You know since the announcement of these changes I've seen a lot of survivors talk about killers crying. Reading all the comments makes me laugh at that statement. Because the amount of survivors I see crying and exclaiming they are uninstalling or that this will kill the game is amazing. All I have to say is cope.
