Quentin cannot recieve outfits cause they are licensed and the contact doesn't allow dbd to make cosmetics for him. This is the case for a good amount of licensed characters from the early years of dbd when there wasn't any cosmetics store.
What suck about the new sable cosmetic is tht its way too revealing. A more closed top would fit perfectly and make it less revealing or a bar maiden like crop top would easily fit
