I totally agree that there needs to be some sort of end game hint on where the last survivor is. They can just jump in hatch and it’s gg. No effort put in, only just finding it. Survivors that just rat out the entire end game sucks, it’s not fun or fair. However, if that were to happen, all of the survivor mains will cry in unison cause killers aren’t allowed to do anything that ruins survivors fun

From what you've said you don't have an editor so if possible get one or learn how to edit videos in a funny way, your video was posted 2h ago and has 500 views, that's great, Otzdarva's video also posted 2h ago was right below yours and has 28k views, obviously he has a bigger fanbase and has been in the game for longer, and others factors come into play, but what I noticed from your videos is that you're a good Vecna, the video is well edited, you interact with your twitch chat often, all of that's great but that's it, if you want to attract more than just the viewers interested in good Vecna gameplay you could make your videos funnier so you can attract a bigger variety of users, those that'll click for the funny clips/edits vecna guy and not just the vecna guy.

While the hatch mechanic may not be the best approach, the point is to provide survivors a goal when there's 4 gens remaining and 2 deaths. Otherwise it's just an auto loss with 0 outs and no reason to play. Hatch counts as a tie for MMR and killers get the win with 3 kills anyway, so it doesn't really affect much. The current version of the hatch mechanic itself does facilitate some boring gameplay, so they probably should look at tweaking the end game concept to allow survivors to play for an alternate wincon when gens definitely aren't going to be completed

Good survivors can counter Surge easily moreso than Pain Res or other gen regression perks.
