My best build for Myers is finally here!!
This build is extremely powerful and rather mean!! In short, it allows you to have 0 terror radius in Tier 3 which is SCARY powerful!!

Do not forget, in tier 3 you vault faster! So with Bamboozle it is extremely scary!!
Surge works in tier 3 also! So it’s one of his best slowdown perks!! No need to hit gens! Focus on being SUPER aggressive!

  7. Here's how I'd buff Myers:

    Stalking buff:

    – When standing still and stalking, Myers stalks survivors much faster than if he moves while stalking.

    – Myers also stalks much faster the further away the survivor is from him, but now stalks slightly slower the closer the survivor is to him.

    – Once Myers has stalked the survivors enough to pop Tier 3, instead of having to 99% it, he can manually pop Tier 3 whenever he wants to. This will function similarly to the Oni's power once he has collected enough blood from survivors. This is implemented to avoid Myers accidentally popping Tier 3 prematurely due to lag or other reasons. A sound cue will play once Myers has gained enough stalk to activate Tier 3.

    – Once Myers has completely stalked a survivor, he sees their aura once every 30 seconds for 3 seconds.

    – Additionally, Myers can continue gaining Evil Within after fully stalking a survivor, but at half the rate. This way, Myers can still use his power throughout the match even after fully stalking survivors.

    Tier 1 Evil Within buff:

    – Myers in Tier 1 now moves at 115% movement speed instead of 105%. (The Scratched Mirror addon would reduce his movement speed back down to 110%). There is no reason for Myers to move so slowly in Tier 1. Wraith moves very fast while cloaked and Ghostface moves at normal speed while using Night Shroud.

    – If Myers manages to either grab or injure a survivor while in Tier 1, he instantly progresses to Tier 2.

    Tier 2 Evil Within buff

    – Myers in Tier 2 now breaks pallets, breakable walls, and damages generators slightly faster. (10%)

    – Myers in Tier 2 now gains a slight pallet stun duration reduction (+15%). These can stack with Enduring and Brutal Strength. Some people might think this sounds too powerful, but Wraith can break pallets incredibly fast with his Shadow Dance addon.

    – When stalking a survivor in Evil Within Tier 2, Myers gains the Undetectable Status Effect.

    Tier 3 Evil Within buff:

    – Myers in Tier 3 now breaks pallets, breakable walls, and damages generators +20% faster.

    – Myers in Tier 3 has an increase in the pallet stun duration reduction (+30%)

    – If Myers picks up a survivor in Tier 3, Tier 3's duration is paused. This would incentivize less slugging.
