Have you tried if you bring Joe’s mixtape, will the 20m extension be added on the obsession’s terror radius or added on the undetectable Legion itself
what if they changed franks mixtape to that killer instinct works when you are undetectable, but the fifth hit doesnt instadown

Now I might be insane but hear me out. I think Dark devotion + coulrophobia should be meta. I've ran it on my sadako for a while now, and with the buffs its also good on my other main the twins.
This buffed one also seems really strong on oni. You can pop rage and smash the obsession, trigger infectious, and then you enter stealth as the downed obsession has your terror radius. Sure, you might not get a second infectious proc, but 2 downs is already a lot of pressure + you're still stealthed.
I wonder if hex Third Seal and monstrous Shrine gonna be op together

No you can't, it's still shit, 2.5% regression is 2 seconds. It's "something" but still way way way worse than just downing a guy you could have chased instead of kicking
