I also don’t like the limited cosmetic availability either, unless they come back this time of year every year.

To be fair, Brawl Stars gives you 2-3 years of time before the cosmetics are completely unbuyable.
I mean, I don't honestly have a problem with Limited Time skins. I get that some do, but I think they are fun. Plus, it's not like there isn't already that kind of stuff in the game…. I missed out on the snowglobe charm and so now I will never be able to get it, ever. Does it suck? Yea, of course it does. But I'm not mad at BHVR for making charms in the Rift limited time and not mad about skins like this either. As long as they make it clear ahead of time as they re doing.

This event, or at least what was shown of it, really makes me think that last year's Halloween event being so lack-luster was just testing for this event. They showcased the pumpkins from last year but they now have a new and cool as hell visual effect, doing generators now has an animation and interactions between the environment and survivor/killer kind of like the Lunar New Year event. Im super excited for this, and Ive been grinding DbD on my PC account to try and get all this stuff on there.

I wonder how many players DbD will lose if they flashlight nerf goes live as it is on the PTB. Such a hard over-nerf to flashlights to appease less than 1% of the player base that suffers from epilepsy. They should have found another solution like gameplay options or just reduced clicking frequency to 3-5 Hz. Instead they destroyed flashlights in the name of accessibility. DbD will be a lot more boring if survivors use flashlights less.

I said it when the survey came out that its gonna create fomo and I hate it so much since it forces people to spend money at a certain time not taking into account that spmepeople might get into troubles apending money. I know its not much money but 10 bucks for some people can mean that they're not gonna eat that day.

Agree, limited cosmetics (assuming they won't come back next Halloween) have no place in Dead By Daylight. The only way I can consider it fair is if it's limited through community challenges. Like, you don't have to pay for them, just play for them
