  1. I don't know how to feel about this 1. Massive nerf to good survivors (doesn't change much for bad ones) and lower the skill ceiling but 2. Hook grabs arent a thing anymore so killers were punished for altruistic survivors. I think both of those changes just makes it a bit more fair on both ends (unless stbfl is in play but doing anything to that will open up a can of worms) BUT worse for skill expression on the survivor side. Maybe make it so you have to cancel it after like half (or before half) so it's more fair and make it so your timer don't stop while unhooking (of course if you were supposed to die mid animation you'll still get unhooked). Anyways tbf i think this MIGHT be then hook grabs being added back, one hit vs insta grab i think ill go with the one hit

  2. Killers can't cancel any interaction. Canceling the unhooking is an unnecessary feature and it's more in line with killers not being able to cancel any action. Imagine a killer pretending to pick up survivor and canceling to detect flashlights. Start to breaking pallets and cancel to see if the survivor is leaving the loop or not.

  3. The sad thing is they just enjoy taking away all the skill from survivor just to fix the arguable minor stuff that can happen. there is no skill in survivor anymore hasn't really been the case in terms of at least a minor role in like what 2 years its just a basic role that anybody can easily play up to just below the comp players if you actually try

  4. In relation to the unhook change, I'd like a change in the struggle phase camera. When someone needs to fake an unhook on you during the struggle phase, as the hooked survivor the camera swings back and forth each time it's faked and its really jarring to experience.

  5. They could literally just make it so if someone has been grabbed on and off on a hook like ~4 times within 10 seconds then their hook timer will continue going down at normal speed even while being unhooked, as long as the last unhook attempt happened within the last 5 seconds.

It's not that big of a problem, it's fairly rare BM, but I do agree that it is very annoying when it does happen, but making faking unhooks completely impossible is crazy.
