I feel like these nerfs are tackling the broken aspects of Nurse and not modifying the fact that she's the strongest killer in the game. Can't use Starstruck anymore? Who cares, that was overkill to begin with. Slap on 4 slowdown perks, any add-on and she would win 99% of matches. The nerf is nice but ultimately doesn't balance the nurse, just makes her op and not broken.

Personally I don't think the changes nerfed her but made her more bearable, still the most powerful but not completely broken
i love how threatening her chase music is lol
People download a PTB which includes a Nurse update and then dc because they are playing against Nurse.
