Apparently mmr only works when there are equal killer to survivor players proportionately lol but with the new survivor content and mmr itself, less people are inclined to play killer because it's significantly less fun. It defeats its own purpose lol. They think an incentive will fix it when they don't even understand the issues. I think Behaviour thinks killers are near perfectly balanced, hence an incentive to play the role just to get it more populated in the assumption that it's fine and fun to play.
