I use dying light and thatphob with pursuer and corrupt interrupt with plague it forces them cleanses which gives me free power sorry for the bad typo im on my phone
i use dying light with blight because free passive slowdown is poggers for me
I love dying light, but I have to admit the hardest part for it for me is that by the time you're reaching 5 stacks of dying light to get the ball rolling, you have already had 5 hooks which in most situations, either someone is dead or is very close to death. It always seems to me that the perk is a snowball perk on top that is effective once you're already snowballing the game.
I do want to say I am biased since my playstyle and killers are mostly revolving around slowing down the early game while trying to snowball into the 4k. I think of it as almost a win harder perk and that's why I have trouble putting it into the builds I like using but I do admit that it has some great advantages!

speaking of dying light. this build synergy for lich is rather brutal. Addons: Iridescent Book of Vile Darkness, Cloak of Invisibility. Perks: Dying Light, Friends ‘til the End, Furtive Chase, Genetic Limits.
