The brown addon "Follower's Cowl" allows the dredge to teleport back to his remnant and gain killer instinct on everyone within a large radius around him. You can perform this every few seconds and almost always have sight on survivors around you. Even works when survivors are in lockers just like Legion.

The time you tracked Claudette with the Remnant TP was during Nightfall, it would've happened without the addon. But I do admit that Leon track was Follower's Cowl value and that if Claudette was running in Daytime (as she very well could've been) it'd work nicely. Personally I think Boat Keys is the Dredge's best addon since it makes Daytime TPing feel fast and smooth, but I am definitely open to the suggestion of trying that Cowl addon when I get my wifi back.
I think the caffeine pill is also a good addon for Dredge
